We ship our US orders from our warehouse in Colorado

All orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of payment. Typically orders take 1-5 days to arrive depending on your location

We ship to USA, UK and Australia.

In the unlikely case your order doesn’t arrive, we offer a full reship of your order. However, as we ship all US orders from within the country, there is no risk of any customs issues

Absolutely – if your order doesn’t arrive or items turn up damaged, we’ll be happy to reship your order, however these instances are very rare as we only ship domestically, and we ship orders in protective packaging and with tracking numbers.
 
Please note that if your tracking number says that your item has been delivered to you, we are unable to send out any reships for missing packages.

In the unlikely event your product doesn’t arrive, we offer a 100% reship of your product, guaranteed. Due to regulations concerning our product sales, returns are not permitted.

Q: HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PEPTIDES?

Once you have reconstituted your peptides, you should store them in refrigerated conditions. Reconstituted peptides will last a minimum of 4 weeks under these storage conditions
